COMPLETE WEB SITE - THIS SITE WILL PROVIDE A WEB SOLUTION THAT WILL FEATURE 5 PAGES OF TEXT AND GRAPHICS. The content, IE TEXT AND GRAPHICS will be provided by the client who will ensure that all photography is copyright free or IS the property of the owner and/or have been purchased by the client for inclusion into their web site. The text will be the copyright of the owner and will be provided in a digital format.
LOGO DESIGN – The client will provide a brief, either written or orally with details of the colours or concept of his design ideas. If the client does not have a preference we will provide 3 concept ideas for the client to choose from.
CORPORATE IDENTITY – The companies name and details will be contained in artwork that will comprise of a Business Card, Letter Heads and Compliment slips. The artwork will be delivered in PDF Format to the client. A Business Print Pack can be purchased at extra cost. This will include 2 Business Cards x 250 of each, 250 letter heads and 250 compliment slips.
HOSTING & MANAGEMENT
RefreshSGI will provide annual hosting for the site this is included in the package. The annual fee is renewed on the anniversary of the launch of the site. The site will also be managed by RefreshSGI for the first year. This will include all maintenance of the site and the hosting software. This fee does not include any corrections or alterations to the content of the site.
REGISTRATION OF WEB NAME – we will endeavour to find a suitable web name for the business, based on the customer’s requirement. This name will have the prefix .co.uk. Other names can be registered with .com, .tv etc at extra cost.
